1 /5 MALIHA A: Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. This company sends misleading texts like “You are APPROVED” — which is completely false and designed to mislead customers. My father applied for a loan and provided every document requested. Stephanie, the representative assisting us, even used the word "approved" multiple times, only to later say he *doesnt* qualify based on YTD income — which makes no sense, especially for early-year applications.
Despite that, we proceeded with a co-signer (my mother), submitting a huge amount of paperwork. Every day, they asked for something new, even though they initially claimed a simple pay stub would be enough and that they were “APPROVED”. No one follows up; we had to initiate every single call, and when we did, the reps were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.
The case was then handed to Christine, who was just as unprofessional — constantly deflecting blame with, “It’s not me, it’s the system.” At one point, they claimed the only issue was the clarity of a Social Security card photo, which contradicts the earlier denial reason from Stephanie. Its clear each employee makes up their own rules.
Weeks went by with no clear direction, inconsistent answers, and zero accountability. We submitted everything they asked for, only to be told today that even with a co-signer, they were denying the application. The worst part? My parents were approved by *other* lenders but held off because of the misleading “approval” message from this company.
This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and misleading financial institutions I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
