Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

ana valdez This Kay Jewelers location is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Cindy, Emma, and Berly are all so kind. They provide great insight on the jewelry, their maintenance, and how to pair with our pieces. They always keep us up to date with sales and promotions without putting pressure on buying an item. They are all so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location. I would also recommend getting the Life Time Protection plan. It keeps my jewelry in perfect condition, just like the day it was purchased.

The owner and employees were so wonderful to accommodate us and update the receipt to include the discount, where other places would’ve said no. All Veterans should come and be well taken care of!

This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Carlos Miguel Lasa Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!

Deborah Dahlquist Gabriel did an outstanding job creating my engagement ring. I’ve been to countless jewelers that had nothing I wanted. Once I came into Gd jewelers Gabriel explained to me that the chances of me finding something that I wanted already made would be very slim.
