The staff is very responsive, accommodates my needs, and has helped me smoothly adjust through many transitions over time!

1 /5 Ken Fettinger: Andy was the worst Allstate agent I have ever dealt with. He does NOT return phone calls, has no interest in helping his customers. My policy was not renewed because of an accident which ALLSTATE and NY State Police both assessed as not being my fault. When I called him to further discuss this he never called me back and had his staff call me after leaving 3 messages for HIM. This was after almost 40 years of being insured by Allstate! Andy was the third Allstate agent that I had. The first two were outstanding. The third…TERRIBLE! I am now insured by Progressive which is a breath of fresh air after. Allstate.

1 /5 Andrea Dejesus: This park avenue office is committing fraud over charging for auto insurance I started at at 150 now there sending me bills over 500 dollars I get all caught up then they give me excuses of why is showing so much this office is absolutely terrible is never one straight awnser saying it’s a build up of six months then saying the bill generated for next month

Shes been very responsive to any question and I truly trust that Im in good hands. The personal touch is hard to come by with insurance companies these days, and Ill never go back to another company! Thank you for the excellent service.
