He worked with our loan company to make sure our insurance was active and ready to go for closing, making the process extremely easy for us. Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C. William Carney Scott is an excellent agent with an amazing team. They set my wife and I up with a great policy that we unfortunately had to utilize recently after a fire. Not only did the policy protect us better than expected, not only did he return a phone call immediately at 330am on a Wednesday morning, but he also helped me with his truck on the same day. I was shopping for insurance and went to 4 other agencies before getting to CGI and I even had 2 others to visit. 1 of the others was slightly cheaper. But as you can see I still went with CGI. Mr. Bosh A friend recommended this agency to me and it was totally worth the trip! Dan, the gentleman that worked with me is AWESOME. Very knowlegable, easy-going and honest. He went over all of my policies and informed me on how to optimize my coverages. Now I have better policies from highly reputable insurance companies at a far lower cost than I was previously paying.
