1 /5 Jennifer LaCrosse: I was given a lot of wrong information on my coverage. She never checked my policy just told me nope you are not covered. I asked her are you 100% sure we are not covered because I have 2 other All State agents telling me the same thing that we are covered . I was told she was 99% sure. I said so you are not 100% sure and she said no I am sure. I was told if it was homeowners we would be covered but because it was renters we were not covered. Totally WRONG!!! Well, we ARE covered on both things she told us were not in our renters policy. I didnt need an extra policy rider for the one item like she told me I needed, it’s actually covered under our renters. An agent from another office helped me, he went through our whole policy with me. He took the time.
Keep that in mind when you are hit with a $3-$4 thousand dollar loss and are being told you are not covered and then you take the loss when in fact you might very well be covered. How would you know if your agent’s office doesnt know and tells you wrong. That is a HUGE problem.
