I have two in NY and a home in Atlanta Georgia. Janay helped me with the home policies in NY. My daughter and I have two homes in NY. They explained everything so well. I was even able to contact a State Farm in Atlanta from their office for the home in GA. I wasn’t eligible for State Farm NY because my homes were too close to the water. Sean Christie This office has been charging my father for insurance since March 2024 after we sent them a DMV return notice that we no longer have the vehicle in March 2024. They have been charging my father who has dementia every single month. I have provided them with proof that I returned it. The gentleman I sent it to his name is rich. I have asked Laura to call me multiple times with no response. My next step is going to consult an attorney. This should be a crime. This is ridiculous.
