I spent many hours trying to find the best plans myself then I reached out to Talia. She was a life saver for me! She educated and assisted me during the entire process and most importantly enrolled my NY partners in the best insurance for 2021! 1 /5 Sarina Parachini: Do not trust her!!! Talia cost us almost $8000.00 dollars by making a mistake, which she will not admit. Talia failed to cancel our Heath insurance coverage when we requested that she do. We had placed a policy else where and emailed her to let her know. Well come to find out we were charged for 6 months of coverage that was supposed to be canceled. Nightmare. She is not suggesting any solution. She has offered no apology, no acknowledgement of her error or the horrifying experience we are having of realizing we were erroneously billed. We need our money back. This is insane.
