Adam J. Roux: Allstate Insurance - Binghamton (NY)

4 /5 kathleen mirrione: Staff interaction very good, however, rates are extremely high, even after being a customer in A+ standing. Allstate cannot apply a measly $10 discount until underwriting approved it. After paying well over $500 in auto insurance, for 6 months, they have a problem with $10. Too much $$$.

5 /5 Christine Hall: I have been very impressed with the service we have received from Mr. Roux and his entire staff since becoming customers several years ago. Their service is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Additionally, I get a couple of check in calls throughout the year to see if we have any changes in policy to make, or simply to let us know where they feel they might be able to save us a few bucks. I recommend Adam Roux to all of our friends, and I would recommend him to complete strangers, his service is that outstanding.

1 /5 Annette Marquis: Adam is wonderful on the phone, until I really needed to talk with him. I felt so let down because the whole process of how to go about repairing wind damage wasnt explained to me. When I hear from Adam that I am 100% covered , less my deductible, I was elated. Imagine how it would feel to find out an adjustor first has to approve the work to be done. And Adam is no longer available to talk. Trust is gone.
