They are so willing to take the time and explain everything to you about what you need to get for your insurance and they let you know if you should get something a little bit better or if you are okay with what you want they will not force you to take more Insurance than what you need but they are willing to help you and explain everything to you about what you can get. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants to be part of a family thats willing to speak to you and take the time to explain stuff to you about all their different stuff that they offer. Plus you can call them with the smallest of questions to the biggest of questions and they will take the time to explain it to you and if you dont understand it they will take the time to explain it to you it doesnt matter how long it takes as long as you understand what you are getting and that I believe is their main goal is that you understand what you are getting. And their prices are really good they saved me over $200 per month

johnathan cruz The way Luis talks about insurance he truly makes me feel like I’ve been a car guy my whole Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!
