If anything needed to change he was happy to do so. All it took was a phone call or email which was promptly responded to. I do recommend Jonathan Laundra to my friends and family.

Christina Fuhrmann I have had mixed experiences so far. I had to call both the dealership and them a few times just to be able to start payments on my car. Good thing I did, because the payment was due in a matter of days by the time I figured out how to get into my account. Had I waited for them to contact me, I would have been late on my payment. However, the person I spoke with was extremely polite and pleasant and the website is working great now. Very easy to use.
