Jerome Poole I had a rude experience from the store manager named Tanya and Stacy on Michigan in the city of Wayne how they are employed with one main I dont understand for they were totally unprofessional rude and downright ignorant I put in a complaint I called several times and never got an answer I left a voicemail stating someone would turn my call they never did I did find out Tina was the district manager but she was on vacation its sad that you have employees representing your company in this manner

Some of the people are old and slow, but even if you have a checking account and you at the drive thur, you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes because they have to get a manager to approve the check and I was told one or twice they could not cash my check because I did not have enough money in my account and I was depositing money in my account and no one was there to Authorize the transaction. This Bank is trouble and I am going to change Banks as so as my account expired with my job.
