5 /5 Devlin M: Staff have been very friendly and don’t waste time. They make it a quick and easy experience. My only complaint is that the debit cards lack RFID so if your chip or a chip reader isn’t working you may have trouble.

The people working here are highly skilled and professional, and very attentive to individual member needs and to the needs of the credit union community as a whole. The interest rates are competitive, and the other services they offer are comparable to those of a larger, more impersonal bank. They are good about supporting Ukrainian causes, a function that is especially important at this time. I recommend Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan FCU without reservation.
