Catherine Biondi When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it. Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.

I do my small business banking with this branch, and i have never had any problems with them, and at times i have even been surprised at how much they actually could do for me.
