Raymond Womack Ive been a member of DFCU since before the 1980s. With that being said I Love ❤️ my Credit Union and its staff at many of the various locations. It is right up there as one of the best Financial Institutions for my money. I have never had a bad experience with the staff, their financial services or the statements reporting activity. Love the latest location on Cass Ave.

gail vandusen Tom Durocher has been our financial advisor and broker for about 4 years. After my father passed away, I had some money to invest, primarily, to use for my grandchildrens education down the road. I turned to Tom for this task. My charge to him was to treat this money as if it were his grandmothers. He has done just that. Besides doing extremely well with my investment, he has become a confidential adviser and friend to us on many things ex:buy or lease a car, how to help and support my sister who was in financial stress, pay off a car loan or keep making payments, do we need long term-care, and most of all, a calming voice during great stress while we settled 3 messy estates. During that particular time he called us often just because he was concerned. He still calls to check on us and catch up which we really appreciate. Tom is wise beyond his years, and we trust him unconditionally. We feel very fortunate to have had him answer our random call to Merrill Lynch that day! Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!
