Abby Hahn I’m having a hard time paying off my current balance right now, but I spoke to someone on the phone (I think it was Blake) and they told me not to stress about it too much as long as I get caught up before the semester is over. I really wish they would make that more clear on their website. Some of the criteria they list sound like fear tactics to scare people of the possibility of getting kicked out. I’ve usually been pretty on top of paying my balance on time since signing up for a payment plan and hope I can scrape together the funds for the one I missed soon.

kevin C This comapny is a scam. The phone nimbers dont work and they keep cold calling me about a approved loan I never tried to get.

All the information in the world doesnt mean anything if you don’t know how to apply it to your situation and benefit from it. For me, Dorethia did a good job of giving the information and making it applicable. She is very down-to-earth, and transparent which makes her relatable. Dorethia was very encouraging even during the hard conversations, which was so helpful and appreciated.
