5 /5 Annie Juzswik: These people that Ive had the pleasure of working with are absolutely wonderful especially Martin Stitt, Branch Mgr and Tracy Arnold! They are super professional and truly care about their clients! They do whatever is possible and available to help you out when in need! I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a loan. Everyone Ive talked to is great but especially Martin and Tracy. They go above and beyond even on other issues not related to their company. Anything they can do to help they will! Absolutely wonderful company and employees! Id give a 10 star rating if available!! 1 /5 Chelsea Janay: DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR LOAN This place is a mess. No one knows what they are doing and not one individual can give you a solid answer. It took 2 weeks for them to underwrite my loan supposedly. Went from my documents being confirmed and my loan being approved with the appointment to close in which Clarence and Brandon had technical difficulties and never called me back to finish the closing. Had to wait another weekend where Clarence said loan would be completed that Monday morning to being ask to submit the same documents that he confirmed before and then come to find out I was denied that afternoon after I submitted everything that they asked for plus more. I was more than patient and Ive had more than enough loans that Ive paid off for my great credit. This was the most ridiculous process that Ive ever had to go through over a 50 dolllar monthly payment and a small loan. This place is unprofessional and if you need a loan, for your sake go somewhere else. I promise you will be doing more work than them in the long run

5 /5 Michele brooks: Very professional, I would recommend one main very highly. overall, this bank makes you feel as though you are the only person being dealt with while in the bank. Very personable and friendly. All of your help was wonderful.

1 /5 Laney: I applied on Friday and sent in necessary documents. I must admit my credit is not perfect but I had a cosigner. In the process I received a called stating I had to send in more documents...OK fine. Heres the kicker...I had to do another application because I apparently put in the wrong social security number. How is that possible? They already did a hard inquiry on my report and my cosigner. You cant do that without the proper social security number! I had to do another application and was denied and all I got was a My bad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER! I needed this money so bad and after the call I cried cause now Im back at square one. All I got was a my bad, we cant approve you. ONCE AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY!
