She keeps tabs on my account and will notify me with concerns or balance issue. She I believe has made a positive impact on the other tellers, Laurie and Terry. The branch manager Amy also is first class. I have been a member for many years and having gone through the recent loss of my wife Peggy Scott I cant express how refreshing it is to come to the Michigan Ave branch to be greeted by name when I walk in and view smiling happy faces.
