Linda MacLennan My husband Ron recently went to the Shelby Twp Office to make three different payments. After leaving, he attempted to open his car but the key fob would not work. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!

Shanna Bryant This bank has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve contacted this bank over 20 times within 2 months in an attempt to get a Lien released. Only to get transferred in literal circles. Unfortunately my loan was transferred to this bank. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do any type of business with this bank. They’re definitely not in compliance. The reps and mangers are not properly trained. They took my money and never release my lien to obtain the title to my vehicle.

Steve Gussan Love this location very nice staff and they helped me out in every way they can my only problem is not in this location is with mortgage center they did not keep their promise Im having easy access to payments through the app and also not being able to check the payments through Zeal credit Union or knowing how much if it changed or when is it due or any other information that needed at the time it is very irritating every time I have to make the payment. I hope this problem gets resolved very soon
