Zeal Credit Union - Dearborn (MI)

1 /5 Matt DCL: Ive been a member for 15 years, and I can say with confidence that the quality of service has steadily declined. Over the past year, they’ve begun flagging nearly all of my purchases as fraudulent, even legitimate ones, and recently, this has been happening multiple times a day. This is extremely risky, especially since they cut off access to your card at night, leaving you without funds until the following morning. I strongly urge you not to sign up with this company. After 15 years, I’m closing my account immediately.

1 /5 Nicole Patrice: ATM is down And the one in Westland is down again and I have been to the one in WestLand six times in the last two weeks and it has been down. Absolutely horrible place to bank and if you work the hours that you’re open, good luck at trying to get a deposit in at one of their ATMs as they are always down. Seems they don’t want to invest any money into their equipment. Honestly, the worst place I’ve ever banked And I hate to say that as I’m a credit union lover, but they’re making me go back to a bank at this point

1 /5 Cortez Mcneal: This place is not for the people at all. They have it to where you have to wait 90 days to get your ATM dispute resolved. So let me ask the people something. If Im keeping up on my bills and I deal with this. Will this affect me paying my bills?yes. Do they care? No they only response will be we will look into it or its still processing. Either 1 of those banks told me they can do something in time so I can still pay my bills on time. Just like the lady said in her review. This bank will waste your time.

1 /5 Googly-Eyed Googler 336: If you have ANY questions, no matter how simple you MUST go in. Why? Because they never answer the phone which is a one number for an entire area, LONG wait time on hold. If you go with Zeal, be sure to live close by because you have to go in for everything. The phone is impossible, and they never answer. If they do, you can guarantee youll be on hold for a LONG time, and even then its not the right department, then they put you hold again for another hour or so. Be sure to have the day off work when you have to call them. Other financial institutions will eventually answer when you call them. Not Zeal.

5 /5 Steve Gussan: Love this location very nice staff and they helped me out in every way they can my only problem is not in this location is with mortgage center they did not keep their promise Im having easy access to payments through the app and also not being able to check the payments through Zeal credit Union or knowing how much if it changed or when is it due or any other information that needed at the time it is very irritating every time I have to make the payment. I hope this problem gets resolved very soon
