Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Rochester Hills (MI)

5 /5 Matt Poniatowski: I have been working with Bank Of America online chat and phone support to resolve an issue that was resulting in unnecessary and unwarranted account management fees for almost a year. They were unable to solve and it was incredible frustrating. I decided to go into the N Rochester Road branch and within minutes of speaking to Linda George and Iris Cifliku we had the problem solved. They were empathetic and took action right away. Thank you so much Linda and Iris!

5 /5 Savana Wilson: I honestly don’t know why there is so many bad reviews this was one of the best Bank of Americas I been to. The ladies were super friendly and engaging and I came in right before close didn’t feel as if I was an issue. Super friendly, clean I had 3 ladies interact with me but only got the names of Michelle and Linda ♥️

1 /5 Haley Wilson: I have cashed my payroll check (my employer uses this bank) at this location before with 0 issues, as well as at the Saginaw and Lake Orion location. For some reason today the woman working the counter refused to cash my check. Her reasoning was that my ID is out of state and the address does not match my checks since I moved here recently. The ID is valid and has worked at both this location and 2 others before, so I have to figure they would have let me know at any of those 3 locations beforehand that I needed a new ID, unless this policy went into place literally this week. The woman said that the person who cashed it at that location last time wasnt doing their job right. Were the folks at the other 2 locations not doing their job right either?

1 /5 Melinda Bradley: The assistant manager was the rudest person Ive ever met. She refused to help me even though I have a business account there. She would not let me use the notary service and sent me to a bank where I have a personal account even though the document I needed notarized was for my Bank of America account!!! In addition, I went to this location specifically for their notary service and they had BOTH notaries on lunch at the same time so no one was even available for an hour for this! Terrible planning.... I went to the Lake Orion location and they were great and were able to help me with everything I needed.
