LebaneseArabGirl I love this credit union. Every problem that Ive had regarding things on my account from issues that I usually caused, they always help me fix the problem. Today I dealt with Melanie when I had to stop a corrupt company from continuing to take unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She has ALWAYS been so nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations on how to handle these unauthorized withdrawals. I went in very frustrated from dealing with this company and left very happy after she helped me with everything and i didnt have to do as much to stop them from doing this as i thought. She was beyond helpful and I really appreciated all her help. I would highly recommend this credit union. Take care.

Gerry Scott One of tellers, Kayla Phillips, at the main branch on Michigan Ave has completely changed the atmosphere there from what I would call stodgy to one of friendliness. This has made a significant difference in the interplay between customers and clients. She is always smiling and is very sharp. She keeps tabs on my account and will notify me with concerns or balance issue. She I believe has made a positive impact on the other tellers, Laurie and Terry. The branch manager Amy also is first class. I have been a member for many years and having gone through the recent loss of my wife Peggy Scott I cant express how refreshing it is to come to the Michigan Ave branch to be greeted by name when I walk in and view smiling happy faces. Diana Smith Do not waste your time meeting with this guy he sees nothing but $ signs… brags about his lifestyle, but he’s 68 years old still working behind a desk go find a real financial advisor not this guy…. Be wise! I felt bad for his assistant who has to work with him! Talking about how much money he made in a stock market meanwhile, he’s still working behind a desk with the excuse that he is paying for his child college if you’re made so much money in stock market, you should’ve wrote a check, big guy and give it to your child for college paid in full! You are rude, unprofessional, and cocky!
