1 /5 JACKE DZIERGAS: Karen was our tax person we had for years. The last few years we had to pay. I thought we would get money back the following year but she told us we had to pay even more! I asked her what is going on and not until then did she let me know that our Social Security put us over and that I needed to have more taxes taken out throughout the year. She never asked to meet with us to help get a plan and never mentioned anything in previous years. I feel your tax person has an obligation to guide their clients the best way they can! She did not!

3 /5 Kevin Peltier: Came to them last year as a referral and overall, my experience was good. This year was different. Overall, the front desk and people who answer the phone aren’t super friendly and 2 weeks after dropping off my taxes this year, found out they were never filed. Called to check my status after the IRS website wasn’t returning any results and they weren’t too apologetic about their mistake.

1 /5 ron ditri: I just went to make appointment to have my taxes done by Bob Eder jr he said it was drop off only I normal own taxes and had some question while he did my taxes drop off only. I ask could he make an exception he said no. I told him my family and friends get there taxes done in front of them. He ask if it was all right if he did on the roof I told him no problem then he well wont do that than why did he ask that question. I told him be for the pandemic he did that and he started yell at me saying I was arguing with him yet he the yell and swearing at me. Been going there for 30 years and my parents before that. Never ask if another person that work there could help. Then he told me that he had cancer and should not be talking this close to me I did not know cancer was air born if so why he should have worn a mask. I know this is his busy season and yet he turn down an old customer never been treated so badly. Ron D

1 /5 JeanB: Do not get your taxes done here. We have a small business, but lots of expenses. Bob just filed and didnt try to find exemptions. He stated, "you made a lot of money last year." In a very rude way. Handed us our 2020 filed taxes, we still are paying on. He filed for us to pay $18,000. We were in shock! 2021, We found a great tax company in the area that gave us legal exemptions. This other company took their time and really assessed receipts and expenses in detail. It was significantly lower... $2,000. I still am trying to pay that $18,000 cause he just didnt care. I could have did what he did on Turbo Tax! Just cause you own a small business it doesnt mean your rich. (which we definitely are not) It seemed spiteful, just saying. Dont go here! It will drain your bank and add stress to your life.
