Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me.
This is what happened during my last visit.
One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself.
I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service.
I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back.
The incident was actually the status quo here.
I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!
