Jerome Poole I had a rude experience from the store manager named Tanya and Stacy on Michigan in the city of Wayne how they are employed with one main I dont understand for they were totally unprofessional rude and downright ignorant I put in a complaint I called several times and never got an answer I left a voicemail stating someone would turn my call they never did I did find out Tina was the district manager but she was on vacation its sad that you have employees representing your company in this manner

Mark Robbins Cathy has been doing our personal and business taxes for the last 25 years. She has saved us thousands of dollars in our business. She takes care of our business like it was her own. Today I dealt with Melanie when I had to stop a corrupt company from continuing to take unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She has ALWAYS been so nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations on how to handle these unauthorized withdrawals. I went in very frustrated from dealing with this company and left very happy after she helped me with everything and i didnt have to do as much to stop them from doing this as i thought.
