1 /5 Matt D: Never got a response back from Sean Melinn. Stopped in on April 26, 2024 and spoke to him about a vehicle refinance and matching rate to a competitive credit union. He had to check with higher ups and would get back with me. He hasnt communicated since. Followed up with an email 6/21/24 and phone call 6/24/24 and crickets. Dont know if this is just him and his bad customer relations or representation of KCCU as a whole. Ive been a member with KCCU for several years and hold a primary and secondary mortgage with them. Very disappointed in this particular service request.

1 /5 Rex Thompkins: Does not keep enough cash on hand to exchange funds. Asked for $1000 in cash for a family event, I was told I needed a business account. Couldnt exchange $1000 but could do $500??? Youre the federal credit union. Been a member of this bank for over 25 years. This has never happened to me and makes me wanna transfer banks. Not only that but the other lady at the desk was being rude and very condescending to the person helping me. It seems as if they dont have a lot going on at this location. Maybe some additional training, role playing or situational sonerio training will help.

I had an auto loan and needed the warranty refunded, the dealer refused to get it done. In one day she had the problem solved and better than it could have been.
