I recently opened up a business checking account here and shortly after ran into a few road bumps along the way with the IRS and merchant services which led to much confusion and overwhelm on my part. Bonnie, Lisa, and Kathy were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me- helping me understand the process and how to correct the issue. Denise Davis Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!
