5 /5 Evelena Traykovich: Ray Cela assisted me with my mortgage. I cant say enough nice things about him. He made my mortgage work in these crazy times. I ended up getting a gift from Flagstar and brought $0 to closing. Im beyond happy. Thank you!!

2 /5 Joe Willis: I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff upon my arrival. I will avoid this branch even though its the closest location to my house. In fact, this is the last straw with FSB, Im going change mortgage lenders.

1 /5 Cindy Restuccia: This branch has by far the worst employees Ive encountered than in any other Flagstar. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They all seem to be managers with only one "worker." I have seen only one or two or no customers in the branch every time I have been there. The "managers" have a hostile manner. A Caucasian assistant managers was unbelievably rude to me. She started a heated argument. You could not pay me to go to that branch ever again. The top manager sets the tone for the branch. She is not in the least bit outgoing or friendly. What a horrible experience! Why is everyone a manager there? What happened to employees? What happened to smiles, and "How can I help you today?" Their attitude is one of "Yeah. What do you want?"

1 /5 Megan: They recommend an appointment so I called to try and set up an appointment, they hung up on me not once but TWICE. You cant take my calls, you dont need my business. Ridiculous.
