2 /5 Michaelanne Gelardi: Want there on June 2nd with to see about refinancing his truck. We got there about 12pm, the lady that helped dont know if just got there or was coming back from break. But anyways she calls over to her desk where she continues to dig through her purse and look at receipts from stuff she brought. Then as we are sitting there she keeps looking at her cell phone and reading messages that are coming to it. As she enter my sons stuff she then takes a call from a member and stop what she doing with us to help that person. She finally gets everything in the compture and then tells my son he should hear something by Saturday cause she was so busy Friday. It now 6-623 and the lady has not called with any updates about this loan. So I call and leave a message with no return either bit you take a call when you was helping us. I will never us this credit union if that how you treat people.

3 /5 Mr. Odister41: Wasnt bad the first time in to open an account. Second day didnt go so well. I decided to start adding more money to my account, and that part was easy and smooth. Use the lobby to do so...but I had questions about the mobile app and the online website. I waited ten mins or so. Just to stand up and start to walk out to watch the employees just doing nothing. I just went to my car and figured it out on own. But the fact it could have too someone not even a min to tell me that the app and web are not a good resource. I will try a different branch from now on.

1 /5 Amanda Smith: Please keep your money out of this place! They have a habit of treating members like numbers and don’t care about anything but profit even tho they’re a non profit. I get overdrafted checking on $2 and they charged me 30$ even tho the 2$ was in my savings and said they can’t reverse that bc they already provided a courtesy even tho I banked there over30 years and have only asked for a reversal 3 times total! I been there since they were MOPAR credit! Yet they claim I been am ever since 2011 do they not have record of their history? The e services agents will take forever to finally respond to you and then will barely answer questions. Then they tell you they need a form completed, never send it until you follow up, then send it wrong twice and then say I never actually needed that. This place has really gotten messy since Covid!!!
