Their attentiveness to their clients accounts is very refreshing compared to past advisors Ive dealt with. Firmas staff is extremely competent, professional and friendly. What I truly love about Firma is that it is abundantly obvious that everyone there follows the Golden Rule, which is unfortunately hard to come by these days. You definitely feel like your "part of the family" when you become a client.
