5 /5 Anne Burlington: I have been working with Financial Services of America and my advisor for a few years now. Originally met them at a seminar I attended. I have received great service from my advisor & his service team. Love them!!! I always look forward to the warm cookie when I go into the office. Its a sweet touch!

1 /5 Jason Lewandowski: Jeff Medvedik is horrible to have as an advisor. I have called now 5 times in the past week both his work and personal cell number with no return phone calls. Finally called back yesterday to discuss my mother’s accounts. He told me. “ well your mother has passed away, you are not my client and I have no other obligations.” Well… thanks a lot for losing my mom money over the last 15 years. You are supposed to talk to you clients AT LEAST once per year. Your office staff called 3 years ago to a phone number my mom hasn’t used in at least 5 years. DO BETTER!!!!!

5 /5 Rashad Pierce: I have my Home & Auto Insurance through the FSA company and I have had a great experience with customer service dept and the Insurance sales team. They explained coverages and pointed out a couple of concerns with my old policy.

1 /5 Brenda Krzywonos: Do not invest with this company! I would give them a negative 5 rating, if I could. My mom was Jeff Medvedik‘s client. He hadn’t seen her in 3 years! Her investments weren’t the best choices he offered & definitely was not helping her to make money ! She recently passed away & I called several times with no call backs! I can’t even get a current statement from him. He says that my mother was the client & can’t help me! His excuse for not calling is He’s been sooo busy opening the 2 new offices! Not professional at all!
