Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

Archer Dawn E (Arrow Dog Training) You will not find a better financial advisor than Erik. He has been managing our retirement funds for many years. He calls us on a regular basis to schedule an account review. This is so appreciated! Hes always there when we need him, returns calls promptly, and most importantly he takes the time to carefully understand our investment needs. Markets go up and down, but Eriks attention to our needs are steady and reliable. As well, Terese Kromer, Eriks office administrator, is the best! Top notch, friendly and professional! We could not ask for a better relationship.

Not only have i done business with Ron but so have my family members and friends. Im not one thats quick to introduce my family and friends to anyone Im doing business with but I could not wait to introduce them to Ron. He is fair and informed. Cindy Lalor I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !
