I was so nervous before I had my appointment and was instantly made felt welcome as I was greeted and offered something to drink as soon as I walked in. I can’t thank him enough for helping me set in place a game plan for myself to help not only myself but my family for the future!! He made me feel so at ease and truly broke everything down so I could fully understand without making me feel stupid. I really appreciate all the help and guidance!! I would Recommend this location to everyone if you haven’t set up your appointment yet go do it!!

2 /5 Dean Foster: Did not feel valued as a customer at the North Muskegon office. Made an appointment for 9:00 and waited in Lobby until 10:00 until I left. Never even called back to apologize or reschedule. Another time called and requested a call back from Mike and that it was time sensitive. And never got a call back.
