1 /5 Mathew Cherverkowsky: I just want to stay with a crooked Bank citizens is I deposited my paycheck 2 hours before my coworker my bank account was negative his wasnt he received his paycheck and they held my paycheck I called customer service and they stated they were holding my check because my account was negative so they can get more 35$ late fees if you were looking at getting a bank account here please choose a better banking system than citizens

1 /5 Chrissy: This bank is horrible. ATM is always broken and the bank is only open until 4. How is anyone able to do any banking. Frustrating!

1 /5 Aawish Tahir: If it was possible to give zero stars i would. The atm at this location ate my card and i wasnt able to get ANY HELP. I called Customer service they did NOTHING. Went inside they locked their doors and looked at me dead in my eyes and then turned around. I JUST NEEDED SOMEONE TO TALK TOO. The most disrespectful incompetent unprofessional bank i have ever been too.
