Joi Love They claim you dont need a mortgage to get equity loan but not willing a give a loan with a home paid off because they claim I had the house too long. As if I dont know under a year theres not much equity been accumulated yet. .

Monroe county Friend They are liars. They have defaulted on funding multiple projects. One large project in Dallas Texas and another in Toronto Canada. Charles Carey has a hard time telling the truth. AVOID!!!!
