From the beginning, communication was poor — I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and when I did get a response, it often left me more confused than before. There was little guidance through the process, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Getting a home loan is already stressful, and instead of making things easier, working with Dylan only added more frustration. Denise Davis Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!
