1 /5 Kamron K.: Schwab, the bigger corporate entity here, is actively putting their members at risk of common social engineering hacks. When signing in online, they force you to call a number on their site and give them your personally identifiable information. There is no way to tell that this is the real Schwab or a malicious middle man. Compare this to industry standards of providing login codes through phone numbers or emails already on your file, this type of practice from them seemingly is legitimizing an experience that cant be differentiated from malpractice. This local office Im guessing has little/no control of their corporate software, but this message would likely be ignored if I left it elsewhere.

1 /5 Jeremiah Grubert: Your firm provides poor service in person and online. When my funds were transferred to your firm and I sought to withdrawal them your poor communication could be interepreted as outright lies. I find this to be the only solace to provide future clients with the little insight into your poor service. I have yet to recieve my funds after over a month of trying.

5 /5 Matthew Sawyer: I have been a patron of this branch office for 2 years and have had a great experience each time I go. I have received good advice and the advisor has been very conciliatory in his practice with me. I have been an account holder with Charles Schwab since 2011, largely in California at this point, but the service I have received in Michigan has been slightly better than that which I received in California. Keep up the good work!

1 /5 Cindy P: Terrible! He transferred an outside account that needed to go into a rollover IRA and put it into an inherited IRA. Now I have to deal with fixing it! he also didn’t seem to have time to meet with me to advise on my accounts. I guess if you’re not a million $$ client he doesn’t want to help you. I don’t recommend him! UPDATE: Finally over a month later the money got put in the right place BUT after telling me he would “make it right” since I was not able to invest the money to make interest, I have heard NOTHING from him! No return calls or emails from my attempts! Now I’m going to go up the chain and contact corporate! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!
