Abby Hahn I’m having a hard time paying off my current balance right now, but I spoke to someone on the phone (I think it was Blake) and they told me not to stress about it too much as long as I get caught up before the semester is over. I really wish they would make that more clear on their website. Some of the criteria they list sound like fear tactics to scare people of the possibility of getting kicked out. I’ve usually been pretty on top of paying my balance on time since signing up for a payment plan and hope I can scrape together the funds for the one I missed soon.

Sarah Meredith I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!
