Joe Pelletier I cant say enough great things about Steve! He went above and beyond for us during what turned out to be a roller coaster ride of a home buying experience. Despite the many twists and turns that came up, Steve was always calm, responsive, and proactive in finding solutions. He responded to any and all questions very promptly, explained everything related to the mortgage process very clearly, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Without his expertise, persistence, and encouragement, we honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the process. Thanks to Steve, we’re now in our new home and we’ll be forever grateful to him for getting us there. Mz. Cash Was waiting to use the atm at this location because the outside location was not accepting cash. As I proceed to walk in I was met by a young lady who asked me if I could give her 2 minutes because her co- worker some tall Caucasian women had to come in so they could open up. I’m leaving this review at 8:58, I was at the location at approximately 8:30ish this would not have been a problem had I not exited my car before the “coworker” did to enter the bank. Very unprofessional and nasty.
