My mom is super skeptical about anyone she handles business with but she absolutely trust and feels completely comfortable with Rhonda. My mom sang her praises so much that I started going to Rhonda about 5 years ago and never looked back. Rhonda restored my faith in local businesses.

1 /5 Samantha: I have been going there for 19 years last year. They made an error on our taxes so me and my husband on getting fines and penalties from the IRS. They did not back us up. We were stupid went back again this year they made another error called to tell my husband that he had to come in and sign again, but one person was telling him one thing and somebody else was telling him something completely different So I called to find out what was going on no one would speak with me. I asked for a call back nobody called me back last night, so I called back. Asked for a supervisor supervisor would not even call me back finally spoke to him and he told me he was refunding our money And we could pick up our documents and they were not preparing our taxes because we got an error on their part that they chose not to explain to us Really nice 19 years of business and this is how you’re treated my suggestion find somewhere else to go

3 /5 Corey Barden: Very professional place and people. They do everything by the book. Unsure if they will help you if you get audited. The one reason I did not get my taxes done there was because it was more than half of my actual taxes. There was no attempt to find ways to get more money even with my first house or anything. I went to another lady hundreds versus thousands just shows they were and independent H&R Block basically

1 /5 Larry Marhofer: If I could leave zero stars I would, we have used them for a few years and last year we used them and they messed up our taxes. The IRS reached out to us to get it addressed, we have reached out to them since June of 2022 and we still have not received a response. We had a chance to get our taxes fixed and they were the ones to get the paperwork straightened out, they didnt do anything. So we have lost our tax refund for 2 years now. We have used Nicky and we have called, emailed and nobody ever responded back to either my wife our myself. The worst tax place.

1 /5 _ “‪JayFifty‬” _: First of all, Im a long time customer of Doral. My family and I have been using them to do our taxes for the past 20+ years. But with the experience i had this year with them...I will never use their services again. Plus whoever the lady at the counter is, she needs to check her attitude. I came at her with a problem and the first thing she does is blame someone else, rather than trying to help. Honestly i dealt with a man named frank and i dont think he knows what he is doing. I went and got my taxes done by him on the 7th, didnt get a call that they needed more stuff until the 13th. Faxed him what he needed the 14th, Then didnt hear nothing more until i called the 29th, just to find out the info i sent wasnt the right stuff...so we are talking two weeks without anybody calling me to let me know anything. Their utter lack of communication with customers is mind-blowing to say the least. Do not use this service as i will never again.
