1 /5 Jolena Brown: Been with this credit Union for a over 2 years. Customer service is satisfactory and the bankers ALWAYS appear to be as you are bothering them. Not very helpful and sharing with information. The hold time when calling and trying to reach any department is less than acceptable. Disappointed in choosing this credit union, truly in sear h if a new one and definitely would not recommend this to co-workers, as I am in Human Resources.
1 /5 Nathan Kalbfleisch: The mound Road location has the rudest people especially the old man watching the parking lot 9-26-24 at around 5:30. I was on the phone trying to get the right pin number to use the ATM and he threw me out of the parking lot. I would never go to this place
1 /5 Jarrell Smith: If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. The customer service couldnt be worse. Theyre polite as they rob you! They claimed I made a withdrawal I didnt, denied me access to the cameras, and offered me no solutions. Do yourself a favor and avoid them or you could be out 500 too!!!!
5 /5 Rick Brown: The best credit union ever! Ive never been turned down for a loan, the best rates in town! Better than all other banks. So all you other hatters get your credit right and you will have the same results.
Shy Love I’ve been with brite for a few years now & all though I’ve maintained my payments on time most the time, there has been times I simply just struggle. Brite & Shaina have never failed to work with me without issue. They don’t call me constantly or harass me. The professionalism & understanding Shaina continues to show me is exactly what a company should look for in employees ! Brite & Ms Shaina are hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend 10/10 over most any day ! Thank you for continuing to be an outstanding company with caring & dependable employees.
