She’s extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly in explaining the baking services we could use at FNB! It had been over twenty years since we changed any of our banking services from several banks and credit unions. Theresa Manuel Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.
