Melanie Goff I used to think NFCU was the best, recently they have proved that wrong. I’ve been a member for 34 years and had a checking account that was open with them even longer. The account was recently charged off. I had no access to online banking. I was never notified that there was a negative balance on the account. They have multiple email, phone numbers, and addresses on file. They did not reach out to me once about the negative balance on my account, they just charged it off to a creditor instead. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, Lanita, who was very rude. It’s sad - NFCU values state they put their members first, and that they strive to do what’s right, that they serve with compassion. From my recent experiences, I can personally say that NFCU does not live up to its core values like they did in the past.

Lisa Brown If you want to be treated well and with the utmost respect then this is definitely the place you want to do business with. They not only do their job well, they will go out of their way to help you in any way and in my opinion are the best finance company.

This is my second purchase from him, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The staff are always so friendly and eager with help with anything you need!

I had gotten a loan from this location but then I suffered a traumatic loss to where I wasn’t able to pay the amount of the loan Mrs Sharon sat down with me to take a look at some options.
