Theresa Manuel Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.

V C Tower Credit has been amazing. Any time I needed extra time to pay they have shown me so much grace. Jenny explains everything and makes sure there are no questions. Cory is funny and friendly. Bethany was so patient helping me with my papers. Tower staff is just the best!

Natali LaCombe Tried to call a few times to order checks for assertive but no one ever answers. The calls have been at different times and different days over the course of two weeks. Is there just no one that works with ordering checks?
