Terry is always pleasant and professional on the phone, Laurie is super friendly and personable, and Susan is always glad to assist and explain anything that I don’t understand. They’ve all been very helpful and genuine to me in regards to understanding the loan process!

3 /5 Eli Austin: Its 2025. There should be an app. At least, they didnt ask for access to my biometrics, though. ~ The interest on this loan is trash, but, I like when a check just shows up. So... average rating. The woman at youree was pleasant to speak with, to get the bizarre website payment info. So, its give and take x3... edit, post script. I take it back. That website sign up was nonsensical insanity. Go ahead. Start with that, and see how far you make it.

5 /5 Essenes Lewis: 1st financial is the best loan company I’ve ever dealt with thus far. Customer service was the best. Mrs.Susan was very kind and explained everything to me clearly. The application was done via phone and the rest was easy as pie ! I would definitely recommend 10/10
