5 /5 Susan Quinn: We have banked with Community for decades! My parents started with them and when they passed we have continued our business relationship with Community. I now live in Texas and having dealt with bigger banks, let me say that having people answer the phone, help you with issues and actually know your name is amazing. I have encountered so many helpful people from the Mansfield branch and the Bert Kouns location. I have to spread the news that the "Community" is genuine.

2 /5 Mary Salley: We have been a customer of Mansfield Community Bank since the 1950s, however, the recent changes to "MODERNIZE" since the older generation is gone,we miss the real voice that quickly answer the phone and many other changes that are not customer convient or friendly that will eventually remove jobs for our DeSoto Parish people. HIS new rules are not the image that we as customers have enjoyed.
