1 /5 Jillese Turner: I’ve been calling and emailing trying to speak with someone. my husband and I filed our 2024 taxes with this company in May but he hasn’t received his taxes because the IRS is saying there’s some correction need to be made. Now my husband is getting a email saying if he doesn’t get his refund by 9/11 this company will charge his account $500. But we can’t get ahold of anyone help.

1 /5 Monica Hernandez: It has been 4 months since I have heard from anyone regarding my taxes return from 2024. I was told they were going to help me and have yet to do so. I was told they filed an extension however I was lied to and one was never file nor were my taxes filed.
