I signed up online thinking that they was going to take the money for my new account automatically out of my other bank but nope they wanted to wait three days after the money went to bills than decided to close my account after I explained what happened that I get paid this week no worries I will bank somewhere else

Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.
