Visited OnPath FCU to make a credit union service center deposit on 12/6/21 4:40pm. Advised by the young teller that I needed to come in, she did not say why just that I needed to come inside. I assume that service center transactions must be done inside and not via drive thru. It would be very helpful if a sign was posted advising that service center transactions cannot be conducted via drive thru, if that is the case. Needless to say there was no line at the drive thru, no line inside, and the heavens were about to open up with rain. I parked went inside and told the teller that I was advised to come inside, that teller advised yes you have to come inside, she did not say why either. 3 minutes later the younger teller walks up to me from the drive thru hands me my license and receipt for the deposit. Needless to say the transaction did not involve the teller identifying me or any other additional steps, she merely handed me my receipt, such a waste of time. I really am frustrated at this lackluster experience.
