1 /5 chelsie Dominick: By far the worst bank I’ve ever done business with!! Refinanced our truck through them, not only did it take forever to be seen when we “had to go in to finish the documents due to them not having any other options to complete” the lady that helped us was by far the rudest banker that ever communicated with! THEN it took months to get the license plate! When it finally came in it went to the wrong office I had to coordinate getting it from across the lake! As if that wasn’t enough you have to open an account with them if financing anything through them… Now they have done this “update” to their WHOLE system! We revived zero notice about that!! Tried everything to get it to work which lead me to having to call (the steps provided on the website did NOT WORK) waited over 2 hours to speak to someone!! Y’all stay clear of this place!

1 /5 Katie Daigle: I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. Three workers in the bank and yet one machine that it was *mandatory* to use, when the issuer of the check said not to use it as it was causing problems. Now all of a sudden my deposit has a 11 day hold instead of a normal 5 day hold and the workers were rude as well especially the supervisor that didnt seem to want to do anything. There was no reason for something that should have taken 5 minutes by a person take well over 20 minutes by a machine. I will be removing all funds once this last transaction goes through. I am still currently waiting for a manager to call me back from another location because supposedly they couldnt do anything about the hold. However the live teller asked if it was ok right away. Im starting to think the Thibodaux location has a cash flow problem.

1 /5 Ryan -: This is absolutely the worst lender in the world. I have an auto loan with them. Every time I have to deal with them I cringe. The are not just unhelpful, but I believe it is company policy to go out of their way to not help. They are full of excuses. I cannot even get a simple 10 day payoff amount. I look forward to moving my loan to another lender and never dealing with onpath again. RUN AWAY!

1 /5 Angelle Hayes: Not Impressed Visited OnPath FCU to make a credit union service center deposit on 12/6/21 4:40pm. Advised by the young teller that I needed to come in, she did not say why just that I needed to come inside. I assume that service center transactions must be done inside and not via drive thru. It would be very helpful if a sign was posted advising that service center transactions cannot be conducted via drive thru, if that is the case. Needless to say there was no line at the drive thru, no line inside, and the heavens were about to open up with rain. I parked went inside and told the teller that I was advised to come inside, that teller advised yes you have to come inside, she did not say why either. 3 minutes later the younger teller walks up to me from the drive thru hands me my license and receipt for the deposit. Needless to say the transaction did not involve the teller identifying me or any other additional steps, she merely handed me my receipt, such a waste of time. I really am frustrated at this lackluster experience.

1 /5 Hailey McCarthy: My last experience was AWFUL! Ive been a customer for years and NEVER had a problem when they actually had people in the office. One machine in the office just isnt enough! They had a line of 5 people waiting on one machine to help them while the people at the machine were unsure of how to work it. I will be closing my accounts and moving over to a bank with friendly faces who are ready to help. (not even a one star)
