They pay close attention to detail and dont make you feel like you are just a number in a long list of clients....they truly listen, get to understand your business and make the best recommendations possible. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and understands the home health industry that we work in and knows how to find the best insurance packages for our needs. Different underwriters write differently depending on the type of company that you are (and of course your claims history) and Andrew was able to find a highly favorable company to write our policies for us. In one case, he identified that the company we were currently with was the best situation and he would recommend we stay with that company but that he would be able to take over the oversight of the policy upon renewal such that all of my insurance needs would be covered by his firm. I like that approach because I always know he is just a phone call away should I need anything. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise in the industry.
