1 /5 R B: they increased my insurance rate by $200 after I made my first payment. nothing changed about my driving record or credit or anything that could possibly cause the increase. i told the agent that sold me the policy about this and she promised that after i resent proof of prior insurance that it would be resolved and my insurance rates would go back to normal. of course, not even a week later, my insurance rates are back up to the increased amount. i sent them my proof of prior insurance once again and emailed the agent and the customer care email. lets see if they drop down again. doubt they will. i will probably end up cancelling due to these shady business practices.
