Alanna Shea Farm Bureau is absolutely amazing! They always always take care of everyone! All the people who work there are great and friendly and make you feel so comfortable! I always have and always will recommend them to anyone! Not only are they great with their customer service but the prices are amazing as well! They always work with you on everything! And the two ladies at this particular office are awesome and sweet! They are happy to assist and always have a friendly smile on their face! I just left the office the other day and felt so good about my time there that I made it a point to come and write a review. They’ve always been great but I definitely feel I should share this and let people know that this is where you need to come! I also know Steven Vaughn from my last job and he is the nicest guy I’ve ever met so either way either place you’re going to be taken care of. Thank you guys for always being friendly and taking care of me!

98 reynosa (reynosa98) We had our evaluation done in mid September and received the settlement check in mid October. Casey was our adjuster and he was friendly and very thorough. Rebecca was the nice lady in the Covington office I spoke with and Nina handled the paperwork. Thanks to all of the fine people at RPS for doing a great job...We really appreciate you!

Tammy McCalmon I’ve been using GoAuto for a few years. I had an issue with my policy recently and the lady at the Monroe office stayed on the phone and worked with me til we got the issue fixed. She was super friendly and very patient with me. Most insurance companies would have been rude and not helpful at all. Kudos GoAuto!!! Keep up the good work.
